8th April 2026
4 Pl. Jussieu, 75005 Paris (next to Sorbonne University)
Register before 27th February

Are you new to epigenetics assays or looking to strengthen your expertise in chromatin profiling?
This workshop is dedicated to CUT&Tag, a powerful and efficient method for mapping chromatin-associated proteins genome-wide.
CUT&Tag combines high sensitivity with speed and simplicity, making it ideally suited for a wide range of sample types and a widely adopted approach in transcriptional regulation and epigenetics research.
Ideal for Postdoctoral researchers and graduate students
Workshop program – 3 sessions:
- Technological seminar introducing the principles and applications of CUT&Tag
- Hands-on laboratory training using Active Motif CUT&Tag kits, led by an expert specialist
- Step-by-step protocol walkthrough
- Emphasis on critical sample QC checkpoints
- Data analysis session covering best practices for CUT&Tag data processing and interpretation
The seats are limited and priority will be given to members of the Cell-ID research program.
