CUT&Tag – Hands on workshop

Are you new to epigenetics assays or need to learn more about chromatin analysis techniques? ATAC-seq is a method to profile genome-wide open chromatin regions. CUT&RUN and CUT&Tag enable the detection of chromatin related proteins across the genome. Because of these assay’s speed, simplicity, and applicability to a wide range of sample types, chromatin analysis methods have become commonly-used assays in transcriptional regulation and epigenetics research.
